Editorial Statement

Wild at Heart is a world cinema and culture magazine created to reflect the heterogeneity of film and art in the global era. We seek diverse perspectives by featuring works from different regions, realities and artistic contexts, while also inviting contributors from various countries.

The texts are published in the author’s original language and translated into English — both versions are available on the website. Translations are produced with the assistance of software tools.

Our goal is quality and diversity rather than quantity. We are not exclusively tied to the logic of premieres and breaking news. Some of our content revisits the history of cinema and the arts. We privilege personal perspectives and debate: to think about cinema, and to think through cinema.

Wild at Heart is a space of freedom in which each author assumes responsibility for the content of their own texts. The editorial board declines responsibility for the opinions expressed therein.

Wild at Heart respects and promotes different opinions and points of view, while firmly rejecting discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or any other condition, in accordance with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
