Writer, composer, and editor from Uzbekistan, Cyrill is Editor-in-Chief of HD magazine, an international media publication dedicated to the culture and arts of Central Asia. He writes critical essays on cinema, society, music, and art, and previously served as Editor-in-Chief of the travel portal Canaan Travel. He edited the book O'zbegim, dedicated to Uzbekistan's second President, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and has collaborated with state institutions on cultural projects. He is a member of Litera, the Tashkent association of poets and writers, as a prose writer, and has served as a jury member at the Tashkent Marketing Festival. His work has also extended to music and cultural production: he has composed music for short films, including Larisa Ligay's Pebbles, and music from his album Heading East has been featured at Art Station (Samarkand) and at exhibitions in Kyoto, Japan. He has directed and produced several literary events and taught courses on the art of negotiation.
